Payment Information

Westby Utilities has several convenient ways for you to pay your utility bill.

Pay In Person

Westby Utilities customers can make payments in person at the utility office, located at 200 N. Main Street during normal business hours Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We also provide a drive-up window for your payment convenience.

After Hours

Our payment slot allows you to drop your payment off quickly after business hours.

Pay By Mail

Please enclose payment in a stamped envelope and mail to the utility. If you choose to pay by mail, please send check, money order or cashiers check only. Do not send cash.

Automatic Payment Plan

The Automatic Payment Plan will allow your utility payment to be automatically deducted from your checking account on the date of your convenience  each month. You may choose the 10th or the 23rd. There is no charge for this payment method. To get started on the Automatic Payment Plan, you must fill out an Automatic Payment Plan Form which authorizes your bank or credit union to automatically deduct the amount of your municipal utility bill from your account each month. This form can be picked up at the Customer Service Office located in City Hall 200 North Main Street, Monday thru Friday  7:30 - 4:30. It will also be necessary to provide a void check with this form. Sign up today and enjoy these benefits:

Budget Billing

Customers that have been in their residence for one year and have had 12 months of on time consecutive payments on their bill can sign up for our budget billing program. We take a year of utility usage divided by 12 months to determine the monthly payment. To sign up for budget billing, contact us at (608) 634-3416.
